Customer Calls: Interacting with customers via phone or video is a crucial part of the job. Use customer calls to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions via phone and email.
Document relevant information. For follow up inquiries from corporate / restaurant owners, and also so Operations Team can track and learn from recurrent issues.
Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills are a must. Patient, empathetic, and focused on meeting customer needs while fairly protecting the company’s interests. Ensuring customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal. Should strive to resolve issues effectively and leave customers satisfied with the support they received
Positive – “can do” attitude with co-workers/management. Good attendance & reliability.

Must have construction and electrical knowledge
Professional written Outlook email communication (friendly, concise with correct spelling and grammar)
Timely reply to all inquiries by phone or email
Enter parts orders into the company operating system
