Tugger Operator (2nd shift)

Job Description

We are seeking a Tugger Operator to join our fortune 500 recycle management team in Russel’s Pointe, OH at the transmission plant. This is 2nd shift Mon-Fri and pay starts at $18.51/hr. Training will be on 1st shift 7am-3:30pm. You will be moving and transporting recycling materials in at the Honda Transmission Plant using a tugger, forklift and by hand.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Overview:

Moves product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using forklift, pallet jack or dock loader.

Reads production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed. Records amounts of materials or items received and distributed. Maintains the equipment in a safe and clean manner and reports service requests as needed.

Follows safety rules, operating instructions, and company procedures. May require forklift operation certification.

HOURS and PAY

2nd shift: 4:30 pm to 1am; training on day shift (7am to 3:30pm)

Pay rate: $18.51/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.51 - $19.51 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
