Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and enjoy a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and beverage selections.

Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests.

Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.

Ensure that tables are properly set and maintained throughout the dining experience.

Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.

Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times.

Work collaboratively with team members to provide seamless service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.

Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills for processing payments.

Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
