Job Description

About the Company

Headquartered just outside of Nashville in Brentwood, Tennessee, with operations in Fayetteville, TN, Copperweld is the leading supplier of bimetallic wiring products and the only domestic producer of copper-clad steel (“CCS”) and copper-clad aluminum (“CCA”) wire. Copperweld’s CCS and CCA products are well positioned based on product material characteristics (e.g., weight, durability, theft deterrence, etc.) and cost advantages to take market share from traditional copper wiring products. Over the last three years, Copperweld executed a successful turnaround, which resulted in a significant increase in revenues and EBITDA. Private equity-backed by Kinderhook Industries, Copperweld is focused on continued growth across each of its four product segments: Power, Automotive, Building, & Signal Wire. Through organic means alone, the company expects to more than triple its revenues and profits over the coming 12 months. Additionally, an acquisition plan has been formulated to acquire, consolidate, and integrate businesses across the industry as they look upstream for additional investments.
