We take care of our people so that you can do your best work. Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Salesforce to join our team. The position is responsible for serving as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and the Enterprise Analytics team, ensuring clear communication and translation of business reporting needs into technical requirements for Salesforce, CRM-A, and Tableau development. The position calls for strong organizational skills and Salesforce expertise to recommend solutions that streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and support the organization's objectives. Responsibilities Oversees the requirements gathering process, including planning, facilitating workshops/interviews, eliciting and analyzing business objectives, ensuring traceability, and advocating for customer ownership and validation. Guarantees that requirements are quantifiable and testable. Estimates project workload, prepares and leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and scripts. Assists in refining business cases, resolving production issues, recommending process enhancements, and conveying technology concerns and solutions. Ensures product quality by developing clear acceptance criteria, creating comprehensive test cases, securing business approval for tested results, and demonstrating development products to stakeholders or facilitating UAT. Collaborates with the reporting team to devise solutions that meet business needs, translates requirements for the team, and develops solution prototypes or mock-ups. Functions as a project coordinator, providing team feedback, integrating activities across teams for successful implementation, maintaining a work roadmap, updating the Director on project status, and publishing progress reports. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, encompassing project kickoff, process analysis, testing, and transition to operational status. Anticipates and pinpoint issues that may hinder project objectives, contributing to the development and execution of remedial actions. Reviews and creates detailed documentation of business processes, user needs, and system modifications, including use cases and release notes, ensuring clarity in workflow, data, and functional requirements. Participates in visioning, strategic planning and reengineering of technology related processes. Assists in defining standards, processes, and tools for the business analysis role. Works with the entire team to identify and mitigate business and technical risks. Works with the entire team to define work item scope and change management guidelines. Works with the entire team to develop project/product vision and scope. Mentors other business analysis personnel and team members on the use of standard business analysis principles, business domain knowledge, and business and technical processes. Anticipates and identifies issues inhibiting the attainment of project goals and helps to develop and implement corrective actions. Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals. Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals. Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor. Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required. Proficiency with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, Snowflake), data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and SQL. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce leading several implementations in any CRM application process, particularly in Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud and adjacent technologies. Three to five years of Salesforce CRM Platform experience required. One or more Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Consultant) is preferred. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Project Management experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred. Expert level experience in utilizing Salesforce.com (knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices). Experience in data warehousing and Business Intelligence using any self-service BI tool, visualization tools and abilities to perform basic SQL queries to support analysis. Demonstrates basic knowledge of business and technical modeling methodologies (e.g., business process modeling, data modeling). Possesses strong knowledge of the business analysis field in order to complete moderately complex assignments, effectively analyze problems and generate working solutions. Possesses clear understanding of business processes and value propositions and able to provide strategic guidance to project teams. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels and possesses a strong desire to succeed as a team. Understands and applies business and technical processes to support expected customer service levels. Ability to command control of a problem and help organize resources and knowledge to attain solutions. Explores and experiments with new concepts and can communicate innovative ideas. Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate tactfully and effectively, express technical concepts in business terms, and maintain positive and effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
