Job Description
Aegis is seeking a customer service representative for a manufacturing client near Glenview, IL. The ideal candidate has the following skills:
Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with an ERP - They use Microsoft Dynamics AX – now called Microsoft 365. If they have worked with this ERP, it would be a HUGE PLUS for Kurtis but Salesforce, NetSuite, etc. would work.
Experience entering in orders, doing quantity changes and checking accuracy of pricing
Ability to communicate written and verbal – they will be mostly emailing customers and talking to them via phone at times, as well as communicating cross functionally to folks in planning, quality, regulatory, R&D, and transportation.
Comfortable in a very fast paced environment – they could be entering 10–20 customer orders a day.
Experience in the food/beverage industry
Associate or bachelor’s degree would be a plus but not needed
