Position Summary

The Development Coordinator will support the Eagles Autism Foundation (EAF) efforts through engagement, cultivation, and management of all fundraising and solicitation of donors. This role will be responsible for developing strategies to grow a pipeline of prospects for annual fund and leadership giving to support EAF. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to the department and project team.

Reporting Relationships

The Development Coordinator will report to the Eagles Autism Foundation Executive Director.

Position Responsibilities

Oversee the donor engagement process including identification of prospects, cultivation of relationships, solicitation, and stewardship of donors for EAF.

Renew annual fund support and raise the sights of donors to increase giving.

Solicit leadership matching challenges and grants to support the mission of EAF.

Create giving societies to recognize leadership and year over year giving.

Target a minimum of ten donor visits per month. Each visit should include an engagement summary and solicitation plan for individual donors.

Prepare data for the Executive Director, to share monthly results as related to metrics for fiscal year goals.

Coordinate in partnership with EAF Marketing and Communications Manager solicitation emails, social media posts, impact report, proposals, and other content opportunities.

Provide additional support to EAF events including but not limited to Eagles Radiothon, Special Auctions, and Public Practice.

Assist in assuring fulfilment and quality execution of all donor recognition and stewardship.

Assist with execution of foundation related game day activities including in-game promotions and Game Day staff.

Process all general EAF donations including checks, online contributions, matching gifts, ACH (Facebook, Cyber Grants).

Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and overall support to the EAF team.

Respond to general inquiries that come through email and phone.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

At least two years of demonstrated experience in a nonprofit organization, relationship management, sales, or peer-to-peer fundraising.

Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience working with online registration and CRM software (Salesforce preferred).

Experience working in a high-pressure, fast paced environment with quick deadlines.

Strong interest to work for a non-profit or a foundation required.

Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when necessary both on-site and in the community.
