As the Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing our organization's compensation structure to ensure competitive pay rates and alignment with industry standards. This role involves conducting comprehensive salary surveys, analyzing market data, and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement effective compensation programs. This position will be located in Londonderry, NH on a hybrid basis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed analysis of compensation data to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness.

Utilize benchmarking tools and surveys to gather market data and assess compensation trends.

Manage third-party survey processes, including integration of external survey data and preparation and export of company data.

Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies that support organizational objectives.

Evaluate job roles and responsibilities to determine appropriate job levels, salary grades, and pay ranges.

Participate in salary surveys and analyze survey data to ensure competitiveness in the market.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

Assist in the design and administration of incentive and bonus programs.

Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation practices.

Partner and collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers on compensation programs, policies, and practices.

Support annual compensation planning processes, including the completion of annual salary adjustments and bonus allocations

Develop effective compensation communications including routine reporting, annual notices, and compensation practice documentation

Support the advancement of our career architecture, including auditing job content and reviewing job descriptions, to ensure the underlying frameworks accurately reflect resulting compensation guidance

Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) provisions.

Maintain a working knowledge of federal and state legislation influencing compensation and benefits

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.

Experience with compensation software and HR systems is desirable.

Strong understanding of compensation principles, including job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, and incentive plans.

Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to manage and analyze large datasets.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
