Food Preparer and Counter Attendant

Job duties: Prepare ingredients and food manually and using electric appliances.

Marinate chicken and keep optimal quantity of marinated food.

Maintain food temperature of cooked, refrigerated, and frozen goods.

Make sure oil is filtered and replaced according to the schedule.

Make sure the refrigerator and the freezer are properly stocked and products are well rotated to ensure food quality and freshness.

Maintain inventory of food and supplies.

Receive deliveries and maintain and rotate stock on a First-in First-out (FIFO) basis.

Portion, assemble, and prepare and cook the food served to customers.

Take customers' orders and serve food and beverages to customers at the counter.

Receive payment from customers for food and beverage items purchased.

Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time.

Wage: $16.55 per hour.
