Job Summary:

Greet and serve SeaWorld guests during their stay by making it easier and more enjoyable to arrive, check-in and stay at the property.

Encourage people to come into the SeaWorld Marketing booth

Provides services to the guest personally or refers requests to the appropriate department manager.

Provide maps, information, and discounts to San Antonio attractions

May answer inquiries pertaining to the resort's amenities, services, policies, area attractions, dining, entertainment and directions.

Pre-Screen guests to see if they would be qualified to tour our Model Villa.

Make sure the guests have the best guest experience at our Marketing booth.

Requirements:

Customer service experience.

Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.

Must be people oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.

Must be able to easily and frequently change from one activity to another.
