Account Manager- Direct Hire

Range: 70k-120k

Perks:

After first quarter potential for 30% quarterly bonus

After 60 days, consideration for hybrid, depending on capability

Use ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison in order to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

● Ensure customer inquiries are processed and responded to within the required deadlines.

● Technical and commercial management of a customer account.

● Technical review and preparing tenders for new business.

● Liaising between internal production, Quality departments and the customer.

● Development and maintenance of customer relationships.

● Preparation and management of progress reporting.

● Initiate the return policy with customers.

● Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

● High School Diploma; 4-year degree preferred.

● 1 â 4 years sales experience in the O & G industry.

● Knowledge of material and steel preferred.

● Proven experience of operating in a demanding customer facing role.

● Minimal exposure to the shop environment.

Work Environment

● Spends 10% of time in the shop area and yard. Exposed to possible shop hazards, including high noise and eye injuries.

● Physical demands: computer work, sits, walks, bends, stands, stoops, lifts.
