Bilingual Receptionist

This is a full time position with flexible hours between 8 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday, paying $17-18/hr.

Duties Include:

• Must be comfortable answering high volume inbound calls

• Schedule and coordinate Recruiter's daily schedule with interviews

• Must be organized and diligent with job seeker follow ups

• Onboard new hires to include ensure proper paperwork (I9, W4, WOTC, etc.)

• Conduct urinalysis drug screens IN PERSON according to COVID19 protocol and safety requirements

• Assist Recruiters and HR Dept.

• Administer skills testing

Required Skills:

• Previous HR experience or Staffing experience a PLUS!

• Bilingual Spanish is REQUIRED

• MUST be able to handle confidential information professionally.

• Computer savvy

• Handle multiple phone lines

• Customer Service
