Location: Hybrid (Lexington, MA)

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

The role involves engineering and optimizing cloud services, with an emphasis on AWS, to support state-of-the-art application frameworks like AWS EKS. This role is vital in ensuring that our cloud infrastructure is not only high-performing and scalable but also cost-optimized.

To Be Successful, You Need:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

7+ years of experience with 5+ years in AWS and/or GCP Cloud Infrastructure

Strong background in designing, executing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, primarily in AWS, including services like EKS, Lambda, and CloudFormation

In-depth experience with IaC methodologies using tools such as Terraform/Terragrunt and Ansible for efficient and replicable deployments

Proficiency in Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications and in managing scalable and secure cloud environments

Knowledge of cloud cost optimization and familiarity with FinOps principles to manage cloud expenditure effectively

Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect) are beneficial

Must be located in the Boston, MA area as in-office work is required.
