Learn more at (url removed).The Human Resources Administrator plays an instrumental role in helping new hires and transitioning team members to be highly successful in the consolidated East Region. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. This is an office position in York, PA but may require travel within the East Region’s geographic area, primarily Blue Bell, PA (suburb of Philadelphia).

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in human resources within a fast-paced environment. The HR intern will work closely with the HR team to support various functions.

Assist with all onboarding activities for craft new hires

Support HR administrative tasks such as updating employee records

Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Currently pursuing a degree with a concentration in Human Resources (preferred)

Family or close friend relationship to a current or former employee of H&M, Intren, 3-Phase or MasTec

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
