Dental Hygienist

Overview:

$5000 SIGN ON BONUS

Exquisite Smiles is seeking an experienced and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team in Oak Park, IL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for oral health, excellent clinical skills, and a patient-centered approach. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality preventive care and education to our patients, contributing to their overall health and well-being.

Schedule (days/hours):

Monday 7:30am - 5:00pm, Tuesday 7:30am - 5:00pm, Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm, Friday 6:30am - 1:00pm, Saturday 6:30am - 1:00pm

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients in alignment with our G3 model (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude)

Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramount

Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments

Screen patients’ periodontal health

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques

Perform oral cancer screenings

Screen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impacts

Continually develop leadership capabilities and business acumen through continued learning opportunities provided both externally and by Smile Brands

Qualifications:

Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)

A current CPR certification

About:

Compensation Range: $42 -$50/Hour
