Summary

Our client is is a leading application Engineering Consulting firm in the Washington, D.C. metro region specializing in Management Services, Technology Solutions and Facilities Services. They partner with and assist Federal, State and local government agencies; private sector Energy Services Companies (ESCOs); and Commercial entities in the design and implementation of their various Engineering and Technology related projects. Additionally, they are able to leverage an engineering team with proven technology industry experience that resulted in multi-million-dollar contracts within federal government, state & local government clients!

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking detail-oriented Document Review Specialist to assist in evaluating a large volume of electronic documents. The ideal candidates will be responsible for reviewing documents to determine drafts or early versions versus final documents for possible purging. Review of content against retention schedules may also be required. This position demands a meticulous approach to document analysis and the ability to work efficiently within established guidelines.

Review and assess electronic documents against guidelines

Identify final documents requiring retention and ensure proper classification

Maintain accurate records of document assessments and decisions

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Requirements

Familiarity with documentation related to community development and regulation (land management, permitting, inspections, etc.) is a plus

Applicants selected must have an appropriate driver's license valid in the Commonwealth of Virginia
