Associate Contract Recruiter - 4+ months (Remote)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team. As a Contract Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet our client’s staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand hiring requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruiting methods, including job boards, social media,

networking, and referrals.

Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Conduct pre-employment assessments and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for the position.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process.

Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring competitive compensation packages and timely onboarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.

Assist with other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment.

Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
