Position Summary

The Shopper Intern will assist the Shopper team in managing day-to-day campaigns, operations, and audience development activities with coupon/promotional oversite as well as analytics to drive customer brand loyalty. They will have the opportunity to present an end of semester report that showcases skills gained throughout their internship experience (time permitting).

Responsibilities

Day to Day:

Manage the WAG holiday display process inclusive of MDG, creative development and various WAG internal code generation

Assist with the WAG POG signage creative development

Assist with Target campaign setup through launch and monitor once live

Track Target paid search activity, record SOV and monthly spends

Review Target DWA and Circle activity and record weekly

Continual:

Meet with various EHI colleagues to understand how teams work cross-functionally

Attend internal/external team meetings and assist with developing any support materials

Update organizational documents (quarterly recaps, paid search budget tracking, status trackers, display trackers)

Assist with any promo offer setup and share performance with PRM

Conduct competitive research across retailers and stay up to date on market trends

Complete store walks both at serviced retailers and competitors

Larger Projects/ Initiatives

Upload legacy (Momentum) shopper artwork to HIVE

Assist with building retail media network comparison

Update HIVE Quick Links site to include FY24/25 initiatives

What we are looking for

· Education and Certification: Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar. However, other majors will be considered if applicant has relevant interests and skills

· Junior or senior in college

· Confident self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, willing to ask questions for guidance when uncertain

· Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills

· Critical thinker and problem solver with a positive mindset

· A team player, willing and able to jump in to support coworkers and learn new skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
