REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or GED.

Bilingual (English and Spanish) a huge plus.

Capacity to engage in physical activities including lifting and moving items.

Comfort working in environments that may be dusty and dirty.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage files and the file room.

Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage.

Ability to remain on your feet and active throughout the day.

JOB DUTIES:

Filing documents and ensuring their accurate organization.

Performing a range of clerical duties to support office operations.

Lifting and moving boxes as part of organizing and managing the file room and sales area.

Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, even in areas prone to dust and dirt.
