(Senior) Regional Sales Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

Assist Sales Team in the documentation and operations of our media business.

Support the daily operations of our internal client registration system.

Provide operational support to client campaigns.

Monitor and ensure the work standards are of a sufficient quality.

Carry out daily project administration works.

Provide sales administrative support with documentation and material.

Assist the team on various ad-hoc support if required.

Requirements:

Interested in social media industry.

Well-organized and detail-oriented with good multitasking skills.

A good team player with good interpersonal, communication, organizational and time-management skills.

Must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive.
