Customer Service Lead - Allstate Agency Experience Only

Job Description

Award winning Allstate Agency is seeking a full time Customer Service Superstar. In this role you will interact with loyal customer base attending to their needs. These may include processing payments, explanation of billing and policy updates. Further you will assist the sales team by identifying cross sell opportunities through insurance reviews and daily interactions. You will be responsible as well to assist with cancellation calls and collection of past due payments. In this role you will report directly to the agency owner. We are only seeking candidates with Allstate Agency experience!
