Dynamics 365/AX -Supply Chain Solution Architect

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management module for clients.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and gather requirements related to supply chain and logistics.

• Design and configure solutions in Dynamics 365 F&O to meet the client's supply chain needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 F&O functionality through configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

• Provide training and support to end-users and client stakeholders on the effective use of Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management.

• Create and maintain documentation related to solution design, configurations, and customizations.

• Implement new or improved supply chain processes to improve efficiency or performance.

• Work in partnership with Delivery & Support team as the one responsible for reviewing client business processes, re-engineering the client’s processes to improve efficiency, and performing many of the functional tasks required for a successful Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation.

• Run workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyze and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping.

• Require extensive business and application expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP Supply Chain (Trade & Logistics) functionality for handling procurement and sourcing, sales order, procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and master planning.

• Act as a solution advisor and establishing client relations is vital to the role.

• Use your strong attention to detail in business process improvements and ability to see the big picture.
