We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic teamin Lakeland, Florida. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing support to our pharmacists and ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input prescription and patient data into our pharmacy management system.

Manage and organize patient profiles and pharmacy records.

Assist pharmacists with the preparation and labeling of medications.

Handle and resolve minor customer service issues and escalate complex issues as necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with health and safety policies.

Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws, standards, and regulations.

Collaborate with other team members to manage workflow and meet daily productivity targets.

Answer phones and respond to inquiries from patients, providers, and insurers.

Shift:

Monday - Friday:8:30am - 5:00pm

Qualifications:

Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Florida

Recent pharmacy experience

Data entry experience
