Quality Manager

Job Description

We are actively searching for an experienced Quality Manager to champion company-wide quality improvement efforts activity including QMS conformation to AS9100 standards, internal and external audits, process optimization,

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in:

- Monitor, maintain and improve the quality system to AS9100 standards

- Foster customer relationships that provide basis for product quality and problem resolution including the ability to discuss and imprement corrective and preventative actions in QMS

- Direct responsibility for department personnel including mentoring, coaching and performance evlauations

- Team participation in cost reductions and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

- 10 years in a quality manager or supervisor capacity

- Must be thoroughly familiar with AS9100 standards

- Must be thoroughly familiar with and capable of preparing PPAP, FAIR, etc.; conversant in the various methodologies of each, such as FMEA, Control Plans, Capability Studies, SPC, etc.
