Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic client administration team! In this direct placement role, you'll be the go-to person for our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met with a smile – all while collaborating with a supportive team.

What You'll Do:

Be a client champion! Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and in-person interactions (account management).

Become a master of organization! Manage client accounts, process records with accuracy, and assist with invoicing.

Embrace teamwork! Collaborate effectively with colleagues and independently solve customer issues.

Be tech-savvy! Learn and utilize our internal CSR software systems.

Maintain a professional atmosphere! Keep your workspace organized and uphold high standards for quality.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

A high school diploma (or equivalent experience) in administration or logistics.

In-depth knowledge of customer service, supply chain, storage, and distribution (fast-paced environment a plus!).

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).

A knack for organization – you're assertive, proactive, and keep things tidy!

A customer-centric focus and the ability to build strong relationships.

Team player spirit – you thrive in a collaborative environment.

MS Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.

Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

The ability to work independently, learn quickly, and solve problems.

Adaptability – occasional work outside business hours (evenings/weekends/holidays) may be required.

The ability to work in an office environment with occasional warehouse visits (extreme weather conditions possible).
