SHIFTS: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

POSITION OVERVIEW:

A Warehouse Furniture Lumper is a manual laborer who specializes in loading and unloading heavy items, such as furniture, from trucks and containers. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a high level of precision in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle and move freight using various equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks, including hand stacking.

Unload trucks, stack boxes, and build pallets.

Break down and rebuild pallets, sort and organize cargo.

Ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity of warehouse workers.

Maintain a clear, safe, and clean warehouse.REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as a warehouse lumper or another warehouse position.

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred.

Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects.

Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes.
