About us

DWF's Group Marketing & Business Development team is looking for a Marketing Lead to join them and take an active role in shaping the marketing and business development efforts across all DWF offices in the region.

About the role

Working alongside the Group's Marketing & Business Development team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive marketing and communications support, fostering client development, and elevating our brand presence. Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Business Development to craft and execute bespoke marketing, business development, and client engagement plans tailored for each regional office.

Your leadership will be key in guiding these plans to fruition, aligning them with our global growth ambitions. You'll be deeply involved in a variety of activities including client events management, elevating our brand, enhancing our business development initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

By nurturing strong relationships both within and outside the organization, you'll ensure the seamless execution of strategies that bolster our market position, client satisfaction, and overall business success. This role is not just about leading efforts but also about being a part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence in service.

About you

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships, both internally and externally.

Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Comfortable with making strategic recommendations and understanding their broader implications.

Skilled in assimilating information, assessing risks, and implementing solutions with an agile and business-driven mind-set.

Flexibility to adapt to change and initiate responsive strategies.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English and have over 3 years of experience in a similar role or a relevant university degree (Business, LLB, JD, or LLM).
