Job Description Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Full Stack Engineers who are excellent generalists and have a strong focus on product development.

You'll be working on small, multi-functional teams with other engineers, designers and product managers.

What does a Full Stack Engineer do?

We're focused on innovation within the the core experience for students, employers and universities, constantly improving our technical foundation and user interface.

Your job may include: Speccing, developing, and deploying large-scale web applications safely and reliably.

Working with the Product Team and Designers to build an engaging and viral student experience on both mobile and web for over 3 million of students across the country.

Working alongside our monetization team to build high-value, robust premium features.

Solving challenging and unique problems which arise when serving four separate user types: School Administrators, Students, Employers, and Mentors.

Scaling out and refactoring existing systems in a services-oriented architecture.

Building college recruiting tools for companies ranging from Fortune 500 to Mom-and-Pop companies.

Making use of GraphQL and Relay for efficient, maintainable API calls.

What we look for: You have a deep interest in building high quality web & mobile products You are interested in the 'Full Stack' but have passion and knowledge in one, or more areas of the stack.

You love good design and friendly user-experiences.

You have a healthy appetite for automation, testing and building robust distributed systems.

You are proud of your craft, and enjoy and value clean code that scales to keep large teams productive.

You have experience working with frontend JavaScript frameworks and methodologies.
