User Experience and Interaction Designer

As an integral part of our technology team, you will help design our user facing applications and internal tools.

This means you’ll get to interact with our groundbreaking natural language search technologies to design a better user experience for cyber security analysts.

You’ll wear many hats, touch many parts of our system, and have a significant impact on our products.

The kinds of problems you’ll be working on include: * Improving the usability of the application for a security investigation workflow * Crafting custom data visualizations * User testing & usability research * Analyzing security operations workflows * Summarizing, navigating, and visualizing large datasets When applying, please tell us about some of your real world design experience in data analytics, IT or cyber security.

Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in a design related discipline, or 3+ years equivalent software design experience * Expertise in interaction & user experience design * Experienced at user research and running usability tests * Knowledge of data visualization techniques * Familiar with anomaly detection concepts * Some experience designing applications on complex data platforms such as Splunk, Hadoop, or Spark We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
