Remote Life and Health Agent

Welcome to AO! We are seeking a Remote Life/Health Insurance Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's/your book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. This is a commission only position with potential of earning $40,000 - $60,000 first year annual earnings.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell insurance policies to Union members, Police officers, and Veterans through Zoom

Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs through the company provided Needs Analysis survey

Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Track and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications:

Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask
