JOB TITLE: IT Digital Product Management Director LOCATION: Princeton, NJ, US (Hybrid) DURATION: FTE THE CHALLENGE The Enterprise Applications Manager plays a pivotal role in the client’s IT and Digital organization, driving the development and execution of digital strategies to meet the company's ambitious goals.

This position focuses on leveraging enterprise platforms to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and integrate digital solutions across the organization.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Digital Products, Commercialization & Enabling, this role involves working closely with key stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive the development of digital products.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Establish and nurture relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.

• Translate customer needs into product and technical requirements, guiding the product team and backlog prioritization.

• Develop and evolve technology product roadmaps, defining business capabilities and outcomes in areas such as workflow automation, collaboration, and integration.

• Assist in understanding technical dependencies and execution priorities for solutions.

• Advise the Business Product Manager on key technical decisions and manage technical stories.

• Support the architectural integrity of solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Drive a customer-focused culture and identify digital opportunities that align with business strategies.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Digital Product Development & Delivery, or related discipline.

• Minimum 7 years of IT execution and operations experience, with specific expertise in workflow automation, business process management platforms, Office 365/SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.

• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience, preferably in commercial/marketing/patient services or medical affairs.

• Experience with Scrum and Agile development methodologies.

• Intranet delivery experience preferred.

• Ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with global teams and third-party vendors.

• Deep understanding of current and emerging digital technologies, with a focus on cloud, automation, etc.

• Excellent analytical, strategic, and execution skills.

• Strong business acumen and ability to build consensus.
