What You'll Be Doing:
As a Community Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing property operations and ensuring compliance with regulations such as Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD
Setting and managing annual property budgets
Developing and executing action plans to enhance property revenue and control expenses
Leading team communication and alignment toward business goals
Managing resident relations and requests, including conflict resolution
Providing guidance to maintenance staff and managing invoice processing
Partnering with property support teams to address concerns and advance business goals
Managing compliance requests from government/regulatory agencies
Requirements:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Experience with Property Management CRM systems
Experience with affordable housing programs such as Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
