We are looking for a Senior Manager focused on Research, Development and Advisory.This role involves conducting in-dept research to offer scientifically backed solutions to the agency and industry stakeholders.You will also lead transformative projects to enhance cross-border road transport services and oversee knowledge management within the organization.

Research expertise: Conducting in-depth research in Trade and Economics, Corridor assessment, and Strategic Analysis contributing valuable insights to inform decision-making.
Project and Program Leadership:Managing projects and programs effectively.
Knowledge Management: Overseeing the organizations' knowledge sharing and leveraging insights for continuous improvement.
Resource and People Development: Leading the development of resources and personnel and fostering a high performance environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum NQF 7 qualification in Transportation, Economics, or Project Management.
Post-graduate degree would be an advantage.
Experience:
At least 10 years of proven experience in transportation research and sustainable transportation planning.
Strong track record in executing sector-oral projects.
Experience in cross-border road freight and passenger transport sub sectors would be an advantage.
