BioTechnique® is a highly potent sterile injectable and clinical oncolytics manufacturing company dedicated to providing cytotoxic and high potency sterile injectable fill-finish services. BioTechnique’s project management and client services staff work closely with our clients to meet all manufacturing needs. From IND applications through commercial scale production, we provide formulation and compounding, fill-finish, and optional lyophilization services for a wide variety of liquid injectables. Your Role

As a Grants Proposal Writer at BioTechnique, you will be responsible for developing and writing grant proposals to government entities such as BARDA, ASPR, the BioMap Consortium, the Medical Technology Enterprise Consortium, the Rapid Response Partnership Vehicle (RRPV), DARPA, and others. You will collaborate with our project teams to create compelling narratives that align with the missions of these agencies and demonstrate BioTechnique’s capabilities and expertise as a leading CDMO. This role supports 8PM - 5AM PH timezone.

Research and identify grant opportunities relevant to BioTechnique’s strategic goals in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.

Lead the development and writing of all grant proposals, ensuring they meet the stringent requirements and guidelines of government agencies.

Collaborate with scientific, technical, and project management teams to gather necessary information and align proposal content with project objectives and agency priorities.

Write, revise, and edit drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.

Ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner and comply with all agency protocols.

Monitor and manage the proposal submission process, including preparation of supporting documents, budget narratives, and appendices.

Stay current with all regulatory, industry, and grant-related updates by attending relevant workshops and reviewing publications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, English, Journalism, or Communications. Advanced degrees or certifications in grant writing or project management are highly preferred.

5+ years of experience in a grant writing role supporting government projects, within the pharma/biotech industries.

Proven track record of successful grant writing, specifically with proposals to government agencies mentioned above or other agencies.

Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the specific needs of a CDMO.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and persuasive copies.

Strong research skills and the ability to understand complex scientific and technical information.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Experience in collaborating with diverse teams including scientists, engineers, and project managers.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with grant submission portals and requirements.

Must be able to support working hours of 8PM-5AM PH timezone.
