GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a LinkedIn Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for improving paid social media campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. To effectively reach and engage our target audience, this position demands a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong knowledge of digital trends.

The Schedule:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
The Role:
Upload and manage digital ad campaigns for LinkedIn
Work with marketing department to suggest ad copy in the context of best practices
Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction/parameters
Perform regular reporting on campaign effectiveness
Generate and track UTMs across campaigns
Templated reporting and dashboarding on campaign results
Test and validate new strategies and approaches with client direction
Assist with the development of new ad channels
Handle $20,000/month in ad spend
The Requirements:
2+ years of LinkedIn ads experience
Fluent with Gmail and Slack for internal comms
Basic experience with analytics tools (intermediate Excel / Sheets)
Basic experience with Salesforce, especially lead, contact, account, and opportunity objects
Experience running paid social for B2BSaaS company
Great written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work CST
Nice to have:
Experience in a business development role
Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment
The Compensation:
55,000 to 70,000/month
