Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

Role & Tasks

Support Senior Specialist in executing all internal and external communication

Create engaging social media posts and web stories highlighting CSR activities and achievements

Draft short articles for internal consumption to keep employees updated on Maxis' community engagements

Design and create assets such as videos, posters, eDMs, and other collateral

Assist in tracking and analysing the effectiveness of communication and marketing efforts

Assist with organising CSR activities and volunteer events

Preferred and Desirable Skills :

Strong command of English and BM - both written and spoken

Possess knowledge on social media management and current trends

Able to use design software such as Canva, Figma, etc.

Fast learner, friendly and approachable

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment ( prior experience in an office environment is an advantage)

Solid organization skills and attention to detail
