Job Summary:

Macke Motors Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at our Dealership in Lake City, Iowa. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a friendly and welcoming demeanor. This is a customer service focused role within the auto industry and is perfect for an individual seeking a part-time hourly position.

Compensation & Benefits:

The Receptionist position at Macke Motors Inc. offers an hourly rate of $15 per hour, paid biweekly. This position also offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company within the automotive industry. As a part-time employee, you will be eligible to participate in our company-wide employee discount program.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers and guests in a warm and friendly manner

- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual

- Monitor and manage the dealership's main email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference room

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry

- Assist with cashiering duties, including processing customer payments

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in basic computer skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- This position is Saturdays only
