Job Description

As a Recruitment Partner, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to support our company's growth and success.

The Recruitment Partner collaborates proactively with hiring managers and stakeholders, Human Capital leadership, HC Centers of Excellence, HC Business Partners and the HC Digital Centre to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to fulfill these effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration and Partnership:

Partner closely with hiring managers and departmental leaders to understand staffing needs and priorities.

Provide guidance and support in defining job requirements, developing job descriptions, and conducting interviews.

Governance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring.

Implement and maintain governance frameworks to mitigate risks associated with talent acquisition, such as data privacy, diversity and inclusion, and legal compliance.

Sourcing and Screening:

Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, in order to achieve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire and cost-of-hire goals and objectives.

Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with position requirements and cultural fit.

Candidate Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and support.

Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's employer brand and value proposition to candidates.

Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the candidate journey.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track and analyze recruitment metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.

Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Requirements and competencies:

Proven experience (5+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition, in the IT technology and services industry or a related field.

Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent using a variety of recruitment channels and techniques.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent attention to detail skills, and the ability to work with and handle sensitive and confidential information.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools/software.

Ensure the effectiveness of the Talent Acquisition function.

Manage relevant HC operation and recruitment initiatives

Provide advice to line management

Provide input to Altron Head Office relating to recruitment

Collaborate with the business on recruitment needs clarity, workforce planning, reporting, budgets

External:

Consultants and Service Providers

Relevant Government Entities

Reasons for Interaction:

Keep track with the trends in the market

Support with scarce and critical skills sourcing

Fulfil Statutory obligations

Other requirements:

Detail orientation, proven organisational skills and high degree of accuracy.

Proven track record of internal and external stakeholder management in the recruitment space.

Working knowledge of relevant local labour legislation.

Practical knowledge of remuneration.

Ability to work in a complex structure.

Strong oral and written communications skills.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of HC systems.

Excellent prioritisation skills.

Ability to maintain supreme levels of ethical behaviour and confidentiality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Embedded and deep knowledge of the IT Services industry with key customer relationship

Ability to work within a high-performance team culture.
