ASRC FEDERAL Broadleaf Division is seeking a Credentials Manager for our Air National Guard Centralized Credentialing and Privileging Program Management Services contract located at Joint Base Andrews, MD.

Credentials Manager Inter-agency Credentials Brief supporting Air National Guard Centralized Credentialing and Privileging Program Management Services.

Additionally provides support for inter-agency reassignments between bases and wings as required.

This is primarily an offsite (telework) position requiring occasional travel to the customer site (ANG Joint Base Andrews Surgeons' Office) and travel to ANG Wings.

Provides Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) in the execution of ANG Centralized C&P Program Management services tasking with an emphasis on data quality and process improvement.

Specifically, serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on data quality and process improvement in support of the program.

Assists the program management team in evaluating the status of cases; quality of services provided; and achievement of regulatory, organizational, and contract goals through the collection and analysis of performance indicators across the C&P continuum.

Monitors and reports on current operating conditions as well as provides recommendations for improving and updating applications, operations, processes, and strategic plans to improve quality metrics.

Experience * Demonstrated two (2) years of experience providing C&P for military health system operations is required.

* Prior experience with National Guard C&P processes (ARNG or ANG). Excellent verbal and written communications skills Demonstrated Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a range of military personnel and audiences, to include senior medical staff and management.

Knowledge and understanding of AFI 44-119, DoDI 6025.13, ANG C&P guidance, DHA PM 6025.13 and other pertinent DoD, AF, and MHS guidance, processes, and procedures.

JCCQAS and Carepoint familiarity as well as an understanding of the function and interaction of the systems in the ANG C&P process Microsoft Office skills required as well as ability to work within military/government proprietary databases and applications.

Education: * Bachelor’s Degree required.
