Our client is a leading provider of next-generation technology solutions that enable businesses to unlock their potential. Specializing in mid-market ERP solutions and expertise across finance, accounting, operations, workforce management, and customer experience, our client serves as a trusted advisor to small and mid-sized companies in a variety of industries across the US. Due to rapid growth, they have engaged us to find an experienced Acumatica Consultant to join their practice and engage directly with customers and internal resources for designing, planning, and implementing Acumatica solutions for their growing customer base.

This is a fully remote position with travel to customer locations, industry events or corporate functions up to 20% of the time.

The Role You’ll Play

Leveraging both business and technical competencies, you will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, propose solutions, and execute implementation projects to maximize the value of IT investments for their customers. Additionally, you will work with other consultants, customer service, and sales team to develop and close service projects and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and ease of on-going support.

Serve as Business Analyst for clients' Acumatica implementations, leading project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Acumatica solution.

Work with customers to achieve the best solutions for them to maximize product use, benefits, and functionality

Provide friendly phone, on-line, and on-site consulting services for clients using Acumatica software (ERP)

Develop and execute a challenging and interesting self-education and professional development plan.

Background Profile:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent is strongly preferred

Minimum of 5 plus years of experience using ERP solutions (i.e. Epicor, Dynamics AX, Sage or similar ERP software).

3 plus years of experience implementing Acumatica ERP solutions. Experience with Manufacturing, Field-Service, Project/Construction, Payroll modules of Acumatica is a plus

Understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP world, including but not limited to distribution and/or manufacturing with a functional competency in accounting, quote to cash, procure to pay, operations, e-commerce, or CRM functions highly desired.

Experience in providing support related to product demonstrations and assisting in needs analysis and solution recommendations.

Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience desired.

Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies desired.
