MBA Summer Associates work with Clark’s high-impact Strategy Research & Development (SR&D) team to execute and manage large-scale, and cross-departmental projects. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in our business and work with leadership to deploy innovative solutions to some of the industry’s most complex problems.
Overview
Clark’s strategy team is composed of individuals with unique backgrounds and experiences who are passionate about providing key insights to drive profit and market share growth. The team deploys innovative solutions to some of the industry’s most complex problems, such as the cyclical nature of the business, an increasingly tight labor market, and high barriers to entry for geographical expansion, cementing Clark’s competitive advantage.
We are interested in hiring strategic and creative thinkers from a variety of professional backgrounds who want to develop their management skills, take ownership of a high-value project, drive change and influence an established industry leader. Alumni of the Leadership Development Program continue to take on leadership roles across the organization.
