About the team:

The Corporate Business Architecture team provides employees with tools to help them develop, sell, and implement FinTech solutions to FIS clients. We digitally transform the efficiency and effectiveness of how FIS employees get their work done through FIS' Future Forward Program.

About the Role:

We are seeking an energetic and innovative Senior Systems Administrator to configure and customize the Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) system according to the business requirements and objectives, using the built-in tools and features, such as templates, rules, workflows, reports, and settings. You will collaborate with the development, product strategy, and stakeholder teams to ensure the functionality, performance, and security of the CPQ system and its integration with other FIS systems and platforms.

What you will be doing:

Responsible for the technical design, implementation, and support of CPQ processes and solutions

Designs, configures, and develops custom code/objects using the CPQ developer toolkit.

Develop customization related to the CPQ (BigMachine) ecosystem.

Develop web services API integrations with other systems including CR/ERP systems.

Manage product proprietary and confidential product pricing and configuration information.

Provide guidance and best practices around CPQ solutions including product configuration, administration of price book, proposal development, and related elements.

Providing strategic technical insight concerning the CPQ.

Serving as a technical advisor for out-of-the-box CPQ features and functions.

Supporting the remaining CPQ implementation roadmap from design to deployment, user adoption, and ongoing improvements and system administration.

Managing the relationship with key business stakeholders to help define and meet business priorities.

Managing user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings.

Implementing security policies and standards.

Supporting and troubleshooting issues and incidents related to functionality, integrations, and customizations.

Documenting and maintaining the technical procedures and guidelines for the system and creating and updating the knowledge base and FAQs.

Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the system, processes, and procedures.

Learning new technologies and techniques to help the system evolve.

What you bring:

Experience in Oracle CPQ system with experience in BML and BMQL.

In-depth knowledge of Product Configuration & Rules, complex Configurator setups Commerce Processes, Complex workflow approval, Document Engine, and Pricing functionality of Oracle CPQ Cloud

Experience in HTML/XHTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, AJAX, and SOAP-based web services.

Experienced in Bulk Data Upload/Migration Strategy from Legacy System to Oracle CPQ Cloud using Oracle CPQ Cloud APIs.

Must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with integration of CRM Dynamics with Oracle CPQ Cloud, DocuSign, and third-party cloud applications, preferred.

Experience in JavaScript and CSS for Oracle CPQ UI Customization.

Proven experience in migrating code between instances.

Experience with middleware and web service and understanding of UI/UX and Mobile development.

Manage multiple priorities both independently and as a team player.

Well-versed with Agile Implementation methodology.

Be a problem solver with the ability to creatively translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Anticipate change and quickly prioritize accordingly.

Be able to make decisions under uncertainty.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Data-driven, algorithmic, and critical thinking.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Experience delivering through scaled agile (SAFe) and traditional project/program management frameworks.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $99,830.00 - $167,700.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
