Job Description:

The Student Advisor, functioning as a Customer Service Representative, is a remote, contract role that requires fluency in both English and Mandarin.

This position involves providing course consultations to potential customers, proactive outreach to user leads, and offering excellent customer service to our existing clientele. The Student Advisor will be an essential part of our team, helping us continue to provide high-quality educational services and support to our community of learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Little Red Book Operations

Quickly learn and master basic subject knowledge as per business needs, proficiently use graphic tools to independently create advertisement notes, enhancing account ad performance.

Consultation Response

Promptly reply to customer messages within the account, flexibly respond to parents and guide them to leave valid contact information, improving account consultation efficiency and the ratio of valid users.

Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (both spoken and written).

Quick to learn and master the basic knowledge required for work, with some experience in graphic software.

Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous in work, with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Working hours

Looking for Think Academy required for 2 different slots. You can only choose one time slot to work

Night 8 pm to Early Morning 4am

This is a Full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
