Manufacturing Process Engineer Our Process Engineers own and implement new process equipment and technologies as needed for growth and efficiency gains.

Ensure quality standards are met and determine correct finishing guidelines.

Document best standard work practices with trainers and maintenance support.

Work with Marketing product designers to produce new custom awards using best cost-effective methods.

Determine goals and objectives for a semi-annual Supply Chain strategy deployment and complete projects on time.

Troubleshoot process abnormalities and support production to reduce production process quality problems.

Create charts and graphs of process trends and patterns and determine a plan to improve the process.

Help train team members and leaders to understand processes better and how to improve their operation.

This role will specifically focus on plating processes, ecoat color additive, and some metallurgy.

Duties: * Design equipment and product as needed using 3D CAD software * Support production with quality and abnormalities issues related to process * Improve processes and reduce operating costs * Establish best production method for new awards * Complete strategy deployment projects on time * Improve documentation and equipment within Industry 4.0 * Train as needed to assist production Requirements (KSAs): * Computer aided design * Bachelor's degree from Engineering field or equivalent * Manage multiple projects and meet dates * Present conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders * Excellent communication skills * Statistical Analysis Desired Skills: * Strong aptitude for chemical processes and electro chemistry * Solidworks * Machining and Fabrication * Metallurgy * Spin casting * Lost wax cast * Production file setup from illustration file * Molding experience Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Protected Veterans/Disabled
