Position Brief: Responsible to execute, review and promote the MRF sales & distribution activities of Milk & Milk Products in the allotted territory by extending support to the entire Sales team, with an objective to achieve the business targets and ensure the implementation of ISO guidelines .
Core Responsibilities:
Ø Plan, Execute & Promote the MRF business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
Ø Build the MRF team in scope towards the organization objective.
Ø Create the identity of Brand in the market and increase the visibility.
Ø Daily visit to MRF stores existing as well as new chain of outlets.
Ø Ensure proper placement, visibility & facing, shelf space, stock availability, stock condition (FIFO) and Hygiene of products at MRF stores/channels.
Ø Responsible for placement of Visi Coolers / Bottle Coolers in the Market.
Ø Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints.
Ø Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
Ø Promote and extend the parlors and parlor sales in the area of operation.
Ø Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.
Ø Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system/Local Buyers.
Ø Ensure timely supply of products with minimize the leakages, damages & transit losses.
Ø Develop market intelligence, new chain of outlets & expansion of distribution network
Ø Optimum utilization of manpower, develop and monitor Teams.
Ø Customer Contact Programs and addressing complaints.
Ø PO tracking on daily basis.
Ø Daily, periodical MIS reports.
Ø Identify the unlisted products and follow-up for listing.
Ø Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.
Ø Any other work which was assigned from time to time.
