We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Campaign Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing efforts, particularly focusing on Facebook Ads, Paid Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation campaigns through IVR, SMS, and WhatsApp.

Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Plan, implement, and manage paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to meet specific marketing objectives and KPIs.

Utilize performance marketing strategies to maximize ROI, including but not limited to CPC, CPA, and CPM optimization.

Create and manage lead generation marketing campaigns through IVR, SMS, and WhatsApp to capture and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.

Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and product teams, to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness continually and efficiency.

Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook Ads, Paid Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lead Generation campaigns.

Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve desired results.

Strong understanding of paid marketing principles and strategies, with proficiency in CPC, CPA, and CPM optimization techniques.

Experience in designing and executing lead generation campaigns through IVR, SMS, and WhatsApp, with a demonstrated ability to drive lead acquisition and conversion.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools to optimize campaign performance.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools for lead nurturing and workflow automation.

Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or related digital marketing platforms.

NOTE : This role is completely work from office & 6-days (Mon-Sat) in Sector-66, Gurugram, Haryana.
