What we offer:
Compensation range of $20-$30 per hour depending on experience
Monthly cell phone stipend
40 hour work week + Overtime as needed

What you’ll do:
Basic repair and installation tasks
Doors & Windows: installation and repairs
Carpentry: crown molding, chair rails, wainscoting, base molding, stairs, railings, shelving, trim.
Electrical: fixtures, ceiling fans, GFCIs, outlets, switches, exterior lights, dimmers, service upgrades, breaker panel replacement, and troubleshooting
Plumbing: faucets, sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, garbage disposals, shut off valves, ice makers, supply lines, drains, leaks, troubleshooting
Lighting and Lighting Systems: installation and troubleshooting
Drywall: repair and installation
Painting/Staining: interior and exterior
Roofing: patch small flat roof holes and troubleshoot leaks.
What you’ll need:
3-5 years of handyman experience
Your own basic tools
Ability to lift tools and building materials weighing up to 50 lbs and occasionally 75-100 lbs
Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license
Excellent communication skills and a general understanding of property management
Fluent English
Ability to work a rotating “on-call” schedule
