CereCore is seeking a part time Epic PB Analyst to join our team Remotely .

Responsibilities

Looking for an experienced Epic PB analyst to act as a SME. The analyst will work with our client and their joint venture partners to facilitate and guide them through setting up payment posting automation for the five instances that have Epic. There will not be access to the system. Instead, they will guide, educate, and manage this process. This may mean creating materials to guide the build. It will also mean meeting with multiple partners to help guide this process. This person will act as a project manager for this effort and follow up on the requests to ensure project completion and to guide as needed. There will be multiple parties to work with both on the client side and on the JV side.

Position Requirements:

Epic Certified in PB

Epic Certified in Claims

Implementation experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, finance, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Must have at least 5 – 10 years build experience with Epic PB/Claims

Must have Payment file automation experience (working with NCC preferably)

Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Strong comprehension of revenue cycle management

Understanding of the billing office’s integration with other departments throughout the organization

The ability and willingness to see things in an open-minded way and examine ideas/concepts from multiple angles/viewpoints.

The ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure that they are completed in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
