Human Resources Manager

A prominent client is in search of a Human Resource Manager to supervise all HR affairs and administer health, safety, and environmental initiatives, guidelines, and protocols.

Responsibilities Oversee Human Resources Services for operational efficiency.

Manage health, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Support ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 quality management systems.

Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation.

Develop and communicate company policies to employees.

Manage recruitment, selection, and training processes.

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience, with a focus on HR management.

College Diploma or University Degree in Human Resources preferred; equivalent years of experience considered.

In-depth knowledge of Employment and Labour Law, particularly in the context of Canadian employment laws.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.

Manufacturing industry experience preferred, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.

Proven track record of coaching leadership and fostering employee engagement to build a positive workplace culture.
