Job Description

As a VP of Business Operations, you will work directly with the core team and be responsible for driving the execution and performance of multiple departments, projects and staff. You will focus on planning, directing and coordinating the company’s daily operations and ensure that key initiatives, targets and projects are on track. This position will provide critical leadership and support to all functional business areas across the organization. Must be well rounded with experience in Business, Retail, Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing along with strong financial acumen.

Responsibilities

Drive the successful performance and delivery of the business.

Collaborate with CEO in executing the organizational vision and operations strategy.

Create clear operational plans to meet company goals for profitability.

Manage the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities.

Assist in optimizing costs and budgets for the company.

Proactively identify issues and propose solutions.

Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team.

Requirements

Retail experience required.

8+ years of managerial experience.

8+ of experience with a track record of implementing process improvements.

Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices.

Demonstrated project and budget management skills.

Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles.

Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail.

Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement.

Proven track record of execution in a high-pressure environment.

Strong financial acumen.
